Silver Sneakers
Increase muscle strength and range of movement, and improve activities for daily living. You’ll have a chair for seated exercises and standing support. Your instructor can modify the exercises for your fitness level.

You MUST register for class, see below

Classes start Tuesday January 2nd through Tuesday February 27th, NOTE there is no class 2/13

Free to Town of Beekman Seniors, you must complete Senior RegistrationForm prior to registration for class
